We had a pleasant stay at a hotel close to the Oktoberfest fairgrounds. The location was convenient with a nearby subway stop, and we found good bakeries for breakfast, like Zöttl bakery. The rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with a small fridge. The receptionist was extremely helpful and even assisted with finding parking. The affordability of the hotel, along with its cleanliness and pleasant staff, made our stay enjoyable.
Nothing, all aspects of our stay were good. 👍

Location suited our needs as we were close to family living in Munich. Rooms very clean.
Not a fault of the hotel but due to Covid a lack of some personal touches in the room.

a bus stop nearby was an extra bonus. comfortable decor of the room. ludwigsvorstadt neighborhood was worth exploring.

The hotel's location near the metro station makes it easy to explore the city, although it's not in the heart of the city center. Plus, the Thai restaurant offers delicious Thai food with a Thai chef. The neighborhood has a few options for food and necessities.
The hotel lacks toiletries and necessary amenities, and requesting extra towels or pillows felt like a bother to the staff.

Breakfast was rich, but it was not refilled, eg yogurt. The dishes which were thought to be warm were unfortunately cold (eggs, sausages etc.)

stayed here before, but Rivoli exceeded expectations on this romantic trip. Convenient location, lovely staff, amazing breakfast - highly recommended!

The breakfast was ok, the rooms were pleasantly large and the service of the staff was perfect. The hotel has an underground car park for 13€ per night.
Unfortunately the WLAN did not work properly and the rooms are quite bright.

The breakfast was good, with plenty of options to choose from. The location was great, as it was close to public transportation and easy to get around. The room was comfortable and clean.
The bathroom was also in need of some renovation, as the showerhead was broken and the water pressure was poor. the hotel lacked modern amenities and could use some updating.

Reduced rates made this luxury hotel affordable for short stay. Breakfast variety was good. Decor and internal room furnishings were stylish.
Pillows were too thin, and additional pillows were needed.
